Yoga is a great way to ease stress and anxiety, increase flexibility, improve sleep and many more. Interaction with puppies have to been proven to reduce blood pressure, release relaxation hormones, and cut down on levels of stress.

Puppy yoga is not only great for our yogis, our puppies love it to. The first sixteen weeks of a puppy's life is crucial for their socialisation. Puppy Yoga Company provides pups with an opportunity to interact with new people/ environments and thus supporting the development of confident adult dogs.
We work closely with a select few breeders and pride ourselves on our thorough screening process, when choosing the perfect litter for our classes.
