Unfortunately, to ensure that we can continue to provide you with the best puppy yoga class, all ticket sales are final- please bare this in mind before making your purchase.

If you are no longer able to attend your event, we would advise that you gift your tickets to friends/ family. However, we need it be informed of the names of the new attendees prior to the session.

If you are unable to attend your puppy yoga class as a result of contracting COVID-19, you will be able to swap your ticket to a future London/ Coventry puppy yoga session (exchange requests must be made via email at least 24hrs before your session). 

On the rare occasion that the minimum number of attendees do not sign up for the puppy yoga class, the class will not be able to go ahead. If the minimum number is not met, we will inform those who have purchased a ticket no later than 48 hours before the class, and will arrange a full refund. 

At Puppy Yoga Company, we pride ourselves on our inclusivity. We therefore welcome children aged 6 years +. All children attending our sessions must be accompanied by an adult and adhere to the details displayed in our waiver form. 

We will always envisage to reveal the breed of the puppies joining us for our sessions before the event. However, this is not always possible and changes may be made at short notice. The welfare of the animals is our highest priority and if we/ the breeder feel that the puppies are not ready for their socialisation class, we may have to invite a different litter.

We work with a number of venues and so exact location details are not always available at the time of booking. All venues are within easily accessible by public transport and full location details will be sent via email to all attendees, at least 72 hours prior to the event.
