No. Our classes are aimed at yogi's of all abilities. There is also no pressure for you get stuck in with the moves. If you'd prefer to just enjoy some puppy cuddles, that's fine too!
We are unable to offer refunds for our puppy yoga classes but may offer an alternative session in exceptionally circumstances, please bare this in mind before making your purchase.
Please wear comfortable clothing to your session, but do remember that the puppies are still quite young and therefore may have accidents or play rambunctiously at times.
Face coverings are not compulsory, but may be worn if preferred.
You are welcome to bring your own sanitiser, but we will have some available at all our sessions. You may be asked to sanitise your hands prior to handling the puppies.
